MESSAGE FROM THE PRINCIPAL

Dear Family,

Welcome to what I believe will be a truly positive and successful year. Here at Alternative Learning Center West, we continue to focus on improving reading comprehension skills and increasing student achievement. Together, we can and will make a difference in the life of our children. Through our efforts, students will be successful and we will accomplish our individual and organizational goals.

I am excited for what this school year will bring. Please continue to stay actively involved with your student and ALC West. The world we live in has drastically changed since we were in high school. Your son/ daughter may not always admit it, but they want and need your support and encouragement more than ever. You can ensure your student’s success in ALC West alternative education program by helping us to motivate your child to reach his or her full potential. You are invited to become further involved by joining our School Advisory Council (SAC) and by applying to be a school volunteer. 

I look forward to working together to make your student’s educational and social experience a success as well as laying a strong foundation for his/her future endeavors.
